The Yin and Yang of Creating Change
Change takes time and requires us to have faith and allow the flow of life to take its course. We must develop a sense of ease and merge with the direction of the change, rather than trying to force it into our lives. To create change effectively, it is important to first know what change you want and then to accept that all changes have their own timing and to let go of the need to control and force life.
This involves self-awareness, trial and error, and learning from hindsight. We often pursue tangible goals because we want to feel a certain way, but this is limiting. Realizing that feelings can be experienced in myriad ways can open up possibilities and expand our consciousness.
This awareness can help us realize that there might be something more than the physical reality of our world. We can use spiritual energy to guide us towards what we truly want, by noticing how we feel and allowing ourselves to flow with it. We can do this by having faith and confidence in ourselves, and trusting that the change we desire will happen in its own time.
We can trust that when we have faith, confidence and clarity about what we want to create, all our work is done and we can rest. We can trust that when it’s time to do something, it will be obvious. We can trust that when our desires have been fulfilled, we will start the process all over again.
We can trust that changes will happen in their own time and in their own way, and that we can design them, do our internal work, and let the external come to us. Life doesn’t have to be fought, it is meant to be lived and experienced with a sense of flow.
