The best way to deal with pain is to stay in the present moment, feel it and let it flow through us. This can be a call to action, a chance to trust our pain and use it to guide us.

We can also refuse to let pain dictate our thoughts, feelings and actions, and look at the patterns and people that may be triggering it. It may be that we need to make changes in our lives or let go of something that isn't serving us. Ultimately, it is possible to survive pain and use the knowing that emerges from it to make informed decisions and move forward.

Pain can be a difficult emotion to process, but it doesn't always have to be deflating or ruin our day. By understanding it and taking the time to listen and feel it, we can use it to our advantage and create a better life for ourselves.
